INFRASTRUCTURE
Spread over 75,000 sq. ft. on the outskirts of Kolkata, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with best in class twin screw extruders and Brabender loss-in weight feeders.
With an annual production capacity of over 20,000 MT per annum, we are equipped to fulfil requirements from not only leading corporate houses across India, but also customers across a broad spectrum of industries and geographies. We have a database of over a thousand shades, and a quality control laboratory with industry-leading testing equipment and pilot plants.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Our laboratory is instrumental in maintaining stringent quality control standards to meet and surpass end-use requirements. It is equipped with a spectrophotometer, two-roll mill, pilot scale twin-screw extruder, injection moulding plant, blown film plant, tape plant, melt flow index tester, muffle furnace, moisture analyzer, colour matching booth and a twin-screw universal testing machine - such an extensive array of equipment aids quality control efforts and fuels product innovation.
